Description
Produces long white tubers which are sometimes bent at a sharp angle so can snap easily. Leaves and tubers look like taputini but this variety produces long runners. An old, pre European, variety which is reported to have once been widely grown because of it’s reliable crops of large tubers. Delicious white kūmara with soft, creamy textured flesh.
