Description
An unusual kūmara with pale skin and veined purple flesh. When cooked the flesh looks bluey purple and is firm with a good flavour. Has a bushy growth habit with short runners. Looks very similar to the Japanese variety from Okinawa.
Hawaiian Blue is a very popular variety with high demand which we will struggle to meet. To allow as many people as possible access to this variety we have reduced the bundle size and price to 10 tupu for $11.
